When and why did you leave your country?

I left in 2011 because of economic difficulties caused by the political crisis

Where did you start your journey?

Burkina Faso

Which countries did you travel through?

Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Niger, Algeria, Libya

Why did you choose this country rather than another country?

Because it is the closest entry point, on the coast

What was your principal difficulty once you arrived in the host country?

I was a bit isolated, I had no Italian friends, we didn’t understand each other, I was seen as a foreigner. I like going around alone but I was always alone, both because of the language and the mistrust

I always try to learn new things

Work, study, get married and have a family

Getting information, getting guidance

What do you miss about your country?

The family. Even if wood stays in the water for a hundred years it cannot become a crocodile
